I came into the Official British Tennis tournament not expecting much and it feels really good to still be around Birmingham at the weekend. Tomorrow’s match will be a step up but I’m looking forward to the challenge.
"We've had some very interesting matches in the past," said Ana about the Hantuchova clash. "The match in Australia a few years ago [when Ana came back to win after falling 6-0, 2-0 behind] is a great memory for me and I beat her not so long ago.
"But that was on clay [in April] and this match is going to be a lot different. It's going to be about who can dominate, and of course the serve will be important too."
