Ana has been drawn against Swedish world No.66 Johanna Larrson in the first round of Roland Garros, which begins in Paris on Sunday. It will be the second meeting between the pair, after Ana scored a 6-3, 6-0 victory in Luxembourg last year.
If she overcomes Larsson, Ana will face either Ekaterina Makarova, who beat her at the Australian Open in January, or Romina Oprandi in round two.
Kaia Kanepi, the No.16 seed, could await in round three, while fourth seeded Victoria Azarenka is a possible opponent in round four, just as she was two years ago. Ana is the 20th seed.
Potential quarter-final opponents include sixth seed Na Li and ninth seeded Czech Petra Kvitova, who won the Mutua Madrid Open earlier this month.
Were she to reach the semi-finals, Ana could face either second seed Kim Clijsters or seventh seed Maria Sharapova, among others.
Ana is in the bottom half of the draw. The leading seeds in the top half, whom she cannot meet until the final, are No.1 Caroline Wozniacki, No.3 Vera Zvonareva, No.5 and defending champion Francesca Schiavone and No.8 Samantha Stosur.
Ana conducted the men's draw while men's world No.1 Rafael Nadal assisted with the women's draw.
