Ana has taken a wild card into the AEGON Classic in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The $220,000 grass court International series event begins at the Edgbaston Priory Club on Monday 6 June.
It will be Ana's second appearance there, following her debut in 2004 when aged just 17.
“I’m grateful to receive this wild card, which gives me the opportunity to get some more matches under my belt and to experience a tournament that I’m not very familiar with, which is always fun," said Ana.
"I played Birmingham when was I was a kid and remember the relaxed atmosphere at the club – I’m looking forward to coming back and enjoying that again.”
Ana's grass court schedule has thus been finalised, as she is entered into the AEGON International in Eastbourne, during 13-18 June, the week before the Championships at Wimbledon.
