Ana Ivanovic: "I still have not learned to play golf"
Ana did a interview with this Serbian site this past week
- In Brisbane, I was for the New Year with Adam, his family and friends, as well as coach Najdželom Sirs. Since I played in a tournament the first day of the year, I stayed awake till late - said Ivanovic for "24 hours".
What are your plans and wishes for this season, sports and private?
- Tennis is a big part of my life, and plans are mostly related to what I do. Privately, my health is always the first place and wishes to spend more time with loved ones. Joining the top 10 for the first goal, and to reach the second week in grend helmets. I miss the competition, especially on grend helmets, and I believe to own enough quality to repeat the success, and I have a real coach who will help me in this.
Have you learned something new Kuvasz to the recent time, and what Adam likes of your meal?
- kuvam like that but the preparatory period was not much time for it. They both love Asian food and seafood, so I learned all this to save in several ways.
Do you play golf?
- Not really! I played a few times with his father, it was last year, and a couple of times with Adam, so I can not say that I know that I play golf.
The most beautiful moment in your life over the past year?
- Sure, it's winning the tournament in Bali, which was also the perfect finish of the season. It was the first title with Najdželom and nice feeling that I finished the year victorious. It is gratifying to feel that you are invested work pays off.
How do you see the future of Serbian tennis?
- It is obvious that Serbia has become one of the most powerful nation in tennis, notably winning the Davis Cup and Novakovo domination. We have excellent players in both the competition. These are the golden days of Serbian tennis, definitely the best so far, and it takes the last several years. When you look at other countries, see if they have continuity in grend slam champions in the World number one, as we have now. It's hard to tell what the future will bring, but it is certain that many children in Serbia is starting to play tennis. Will be presented with new talents and I hope that they will overcome all obstacles and challenges and achieve great accomplishments. It would be great to see some new Serbian champions one day when it's our generation retire - said Ana.
